Demonic possession

I allowed myself to watch “The Exorcist” once and that’s all I needed to have the sh*t completely scared out of me—I still can’t watch it—and be absolutely intrigued at the same time.

Although I believe there are many, truly evil people, I don’t know that I believe an actual demon decides to take up real estate in any human being. I’ve always thought when someone claimed demonic possession it was because they either wanted some serious attention—and went about it in a disturbing way—or they had some serious mental illness. However, if a person can levitate themselves several feet and spin their head around 360 degrees…yeah, I'd strongly reconsider whether demonic possession is real.

Besides, I’m a part-time Catholic, which means I’m still pretty much fearful of everything. So, don’t think I don’t have that jug of Holy water and crucifix near by. Because you just never know.
